Exist

 

 


This year and summer has been unique.  I’ve found myself busy, but without tangible outcomes.  I’ve enjoyed the days.  I’ve rested, discovered, and I believe I’ve recovered.  From what exactly? I’m not 100% sure.  I feel that it was a soft time.  A time that was post crisis.

I’ve been so pre-conditioned to insulate from  trauma and crisis, that the notions of soft, easy, and care free are foreign to me.  Over the last 6 years, I’ve been blessed to experience external layers of soft, simple, easy, and protection.  While I’m still required to produce and protect, it was nice to be able to  just be.

It wasn’t until recently that those words held gravity for me. 

Just Be.  EXIST.

I am a firm believer in manifestation. Something I requested years ago was to earn more, doing less.  Lo and behold, this has happened for me.  The craziest part is that  it was intentional, but the realization of it was not within my control  I think that’s been the lesson about manifestation for me.  We can desire and will it, but we must release control of HOW it arrive.  We must remain open and willing for it to show up HOWEVER it chooses to enter our existence.

This brings me to my current vibration.  Here recently my request is audacious.  I’ve asked to be paid to exist.  I want my existence to be endowed.  Now I know how absurd that sounds.  But is it?

What would life be life if we didn’t worry about money?  What frequency and good could flow from us?  What if our consciousness was so certain that we were the precious beloved of the God/The Universe/Light/Source  (however you need to process abundance) that we believed with certainty it would sustain us because we breathe?

Confessedly, it sounds lazy. Assuredly, I’ve struggled with the notion. Most gratefully, I am living it.  The more I learn about the power of my existence, the more I realize its simplicity, and undeniable authority. If I only get this one life in this existence, I can create the life I desire. 

Now I’ve been super surprised at the amount of discipline and work that it  took “doing less to earn more.”  I am fully prepared and aware of the congruency and vibration that it will take to sustain receiving more for being me.  Maybe this is a better way to describe what I mean.  When I say paid to exist, that could be a lot of things.  It could be dividends, rents, or capital gains.  It could be benevolence.  It could be royalties in perpetuity.  In this next phase, I’m most focused on the who I am, and the value that I drive versus the assets that I obtain. Make no mistake, I believe that increase and money flows to me because I exist, and any effort or intentional acts beyond this is bonus blessing.

So there, I’ve said it.  I’m paid to exist. Understanding the simplicity is overwhelming.  Allowing its magnetic gravity to sustain me is the more complex part.  Day by day, we are arriving to a more peaceful, simpler existence. Everyday, for this awareness and lived reality I give thanks.

I’m completely enamored by the word exist.  Some people think of it as a negative. They believe it to be some basic, lazy, paralyzed form of living. Living requires effort. The life we “live” has expectations.  We must have something to show for our living. An education, a job, a family, assets, experiences, a legacy.  In our assessment of living, what are we without those things?  Are we no less a precious extraordinary creation of God deserving of love, grace, and pleasure?  When we understand the depth of what existing means for us, we can appreciate the miracle of life we possess in just our breath.

I am enough, in my existence.  You  are enough in yours.  The activities of our living add to the dimensions of our lived experience, but will never equate to the extraordinary, precious, powerful beings that we ARE because we exist.  This is beyond self esteem and confidence.  This is connection to the divinity within that validates us and supersedes anything we could do in this life. Our worth is in who we are, with a single breath.

I hope that this has challenged you to

  • ·         Appreciate yourself, and the being you are, no action required.
  • ·         Find this same grace, deity and magic in other people.
  • ·         Ask for more because you deserve it.
  • ·         Allow your request to flow into your existence because you are willing and worthy to receive.

  • ·         Know that you are limitless, and any other manifestations you create, are a bonus in this life.

  Sing Unto the Lord This was the name of the songbook in the Pentecostal Church I grew up in. It was my favorite songbook.   It was the only songbook I knew. During COVID, I ordered a copy of it to teach my children the hymns I grew up singing. To my dismay, the organization changed the songs that were listed. The Universe

  This week I had a conversation with a friend.   Our paths have intertwined on various levels and paths over the years. We both have always subscribed to manifesting and abundance.   I discovered recently that she too is renewing her faith in Jesus.   We are both being revived in the faith. We discussed the layers of “new thought” and it's   place in God’s plan. She shared with me some revelations about several conversations that we’ve previously had. I thought back over my entire journey.   I grew up underneath the church pew.   As a young adult I got distracted but returned to my faith in a fringe capacity.   I permanently occupied the “backsliders’ row” on the church pew. Make Hay

  This summer I took two courses.   Math and Business Ethics. I felt drained mentally.   The last 8 weeks went by like a slow-motion blink. I had joy.   Good things happened, but it just felt exhausting. One positive thing that occurred was my involvement with my new church. It’s in its infancy stages and everything is new and exciting.   The people, the passion, and the mission.   It has rekindled faith and promise in me that had solidified on a back burner somewhere. This week I was inspired to write.   I wrote a song.   I wrote two poems.   I wrote a presentation for a motivational speech I will soon deliver. I returned to my blog. The irony about taking Math and Business Ethics is that I really do know math conceptually, and I do have ethics, figuratively.   However, after fundamental applications were required in the processing of both math and ethics, I was struggling.
